ACA Disaster Unfolding Before Us

During his typhoon speech on November 14th, President Barrack Obama said,
“On my campaign, I could simply say, ‘Who are the best folks out there? Let's get them around a table,’ ” he said. “At the federal government level, you're going through, you know, 40 pages of specs and this and that and the other -- and there's all kinds of law involved. … It's part of the reason why federal IT programs are chronically over-budget, behind schedule.”
It's a shame that he didn't think about that a little while longer. If at the government level, creating a website is dramatically inefficient because of the 40 pages of specs, what does he think the Affordable Care Act will look like with its nearly 11,000 pages of regulations?
This isn't going to end well.
